Sikuwd was founded with one clear goal: to bring a safe, fair, and enjoyable online gaming experience to every player in Malaysia. We believe great gaming isn't just about money – it's about a genuine experience and a platform that truly looks after its players.
Sikuwd started as a small project driven by a group of individuals who shared a common passion for online gaming and financial technology. Early on, we noticed something significant – many Malaysian players lacked access to a platform that truly understood their local needs. International platforms often featured foreign-language interfaces, unsuitable payment methods, and customer support that was slow to respond.
That is why sikuwd was built from the ground up with a focus on Malaysian users. Every design decision, every game selection, and every financial process is planned with the needs and habits of local players in mind. We are proud to be among the earliest platforms to fully support DuitNow and FPX, enabling faster and more convenient deposits and withdrawals for Malaysian users.
Our Commitment: sikuwd never compromises on security and fairness. Every game available on our platform has gone through a rigorous review and certification process by independent providers.
Today, sikuwd has grown into a platform offering over 500 games spanning premium slots, Live Casino with professional dealers, multi-league sports betting, and fish shooting games that are hugely popular among Malaysian players. Yet even as we have grown, our original spirit – putting players first – has never changed.
Sikuwd was founded with a focus on delivering a safe and fair online gaming experience purpose-built for the Malaysian market. The platform's beta version launched with an initial collection of 50 slot games.
A Live Casino section featuring professional dealers has been introduced. sikuwd became one of the first platforms in Malaysia to fully support FPX payments, simplifying deposits for local users.
An integrated sports betting platform covering the world's major leagues has been launched. Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost support has been added, making financial transactions more flexible for users at every level.
The official sikuwd app for Android and iOS is now live. Security infrastructure has been fully upgraded with 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts.
The game library has grown past 500 titles. DuitNow integration is now active, making sikuwd the most complete platform in terms of payment options for today's Malaysian users.
Every feature on the sikuwd platform is built on real feedback from Malaysian players – not simply copied from overseas platforms.
All personal data and financial transactions are protected with the same 256-bit SSL encryption used by leading banking institutions. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and enabled by default on all new accounts for an added layer of security.
Sikuwd fully supports the most popular payment methods in Malaysia – DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Deposits are processed within seconds while withdrawals are completed in 5–15 minutes for e-wallets and 1–3 hours for bank transfers.
Every game on the sikuwd platform uses a random number generator (RNG) independently certified by accredited testing bodies. This ensures every spin, every card, and every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
The sikuwd customer support team is available to assist you in Bahasa Melayu at all times – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Reach us via live chat in the app or platform and get a response in under two minutes.
The sikuwd app for Android and iOS is built for performance – load times under 2 seconds, responsive touch controls, and biometric login support. All 500+ games are fully accessible in-app with no need to switch to the desktop version.
Sikuwd players are entitled to a wide range of exciting promotions throughout the year – a welcome bonus for new members, weekly cashback, free spins on selected slots, and a loyalty program that rewards dedicated players with exclusive benefits not available anywhere else.
Sikuwd's mission is to be the most trusted and most user-friendly online gaming platform in Malaysia. We do not chase growth for its own sake – every decision we make is measured against one key question: does this benefit our players?
Sikuwd's long-term vision is to build a sustainable gaming ecosystem where players can enjoy high-quality entertainment in a safe, fair, and responsible environment. We believe that responsible gaming not only protects individual players but also strengthens trust across the industry as a whole.
To achieve this vision, sikuwd continually invests in the latest technology, partners with world-class game providers, and recruits the best talent who share a passion for delivering the finest experience to Malaysian players. Our platform is regularly updated with new features driven by direct feedback from our growing player community.
We communicate openly about how games work, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and all promotional terms. No hidden conditions, no unpleasant surprises.
Every new feature, every update, and every platform improvement is made with one purpose – to make your gaming experience better, safer, and more enjoyable.
Sikuwd never stops learning and evolving. Player feedback is the most valuable source of data for our team and remains a top priority in every platform development discussion.
We provide self-management tools such as deposit limits, account pauses, and access to support resources – because we believe healthy entertainment starts with a platform that genuinely cares about its players' wellbeing.
One thing that sets sikuwd apart from other platforms is the close relationship we have built with the Malaysian player community. We are not merely a service provider – we are part of the same community. Our team is made up of Malaysians who deeply understand the needs, priorities, and lifestyle of local players.
In an increasingly crowded online gaming industry, trust is the hardest asset to build and the easiest to lose. sikuwd understands this clearly. That is why we invest seriously in security infrastructure, transparent account verification processes, and customer support that genuinely helps – not just automated responses that fail to resolve issues.
Fun Fact: Over 90% of sikuwd customer support requests are resolved in the first live chat session, with no need for escalation – something we are proud of and continuously strive to maintain.
On the games front, sikuwd partners directly with world-class providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spadegaming, and Evolution Gaming to ensure Malaysian players have access to the latest titles with competitive RTP rates. Every new game added to the platform goes through a rigorous internal review process before it becomes available to players.
The sikuwd Sports Betting section has also received an enthusiastic response from Malaysia's sports fan community. With coverage spanning the English Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and various Asian leagues including the Malaysia Super League, players can enjoy a complete and competitive sports betting experience on the same platform as their casino games.
We are also extremely proud of sikuwd's comprehensive responsible gaming program. Unlike some platforms that simply list links to support organizations as a compliance checkbox, sikuwd builds self-management tools directly into the platform – deposit limits that players can set themselves, temporary account pause functionality, and periodic activity reports that allow players to objectively evaluate their gaming habits. This is something we believe every responsible platform should offer.
Looking ahead, sikuwd will continue to grow by adding more game options, further improving platform speed and stability, and expanding our promotions program to deliver real value to our loyal players. Every step of sikuwd's growth serves one purpose – to be the platform you can trust today, tomorrow, and in the years to come.
A multidisciplinary team united by one passion – making sikuwd the best platform for Malaysian players.
